Build A Squishy is a free squishy game you play in the browser — nothing to download, no ads, no account. You make a squishy, then the game begins: challenges to win, collectors to trade with, a shelf to fill, and a gift that arrives once a week.

There are 23 challenges, and each one is a vibe rather than an answer key — "strawberry milk", "ocean glass", "garden party" — scored on a few loose words, so there are many ways to pass. Passing one unlocks a shape, colour, finish or inside you did not have. Harder challenges appear as you complete the easier ones.
Today's Squishy
Every day there is one challenge that is the same for everyone: three words, drawn fresh each morning. Make a squishy that fits all three and send it to a friend. No streaks, no counters — just today's three words.
Weekly gifts, and winning back the ones you missed
Once a week a gift squishy arrives on its own, the same one for every player — seasonal in October, November and December, and a year-round bench the rest of the time. Miss a week? For a few weeks after each season, every gift you missed sits on the Challenges board, and making something that feels like it brings it home. The FAQ has the calendar.
Trading and the Shelf
The Trading Floor is a room of squishy collectors, each wanting something different; sweeten a trade and seal it, and the squishy is yours. Your Shelf is where your favourites go on display, twelve to a case, with one on the pedestal. Everything you make is saved on your device — nothing needs an account.
Sets, recipes and secret feats
Some squishies belong to sets, and completing a set rewards you. Some combinations are secret recipes that reveal themselves when you stumble on them. And five secret feats — things you do with your hands, not things you build — each unlock a squishy nobody else can get. The game never tells you what they are.
